Who is Gabriel ‘Costa’ Gomes?
Gabriel is a Brazilian born music producer, mix engineer, & best selling author who is internationally known for his eclectic sound. He got his break in the music industry as a national club DJ, playing international sounds and remixing popular records. His remixing created a demand for his production work, and then came the birth of “That Costa Sound”.
As of today Gabriel has placements on major labels including Universal and Sony, with credits featuring international stars like Pitbull, Fatman Scoop, B-Real of the legendary Cypress Hill, Max Agende of the world famous Latin group Aventura, Petey Pablo, Nouri, Frankie Zulferino, International Nova, and many more.
For the past five years Gabriel has been in the field of audio education, mentoring up and coming producers and engineers who have gone on to start their on successful careers. He also recently created the YouTube channel ‘Costa Sound TV’. The channel is dedicated to anyone who is looking to learn more about audio, music production, and the music industry, through Gabriel’s extensive knowledge and experience.
